This should only be used where lawful, necessary, and supported by written consent and local data-protection requirements.
I confirm the information submitted is accurate.
In production, the app should record timestamp, IP, device data, and signed acceptance wording.
Important: This prototype does not run real criminal checks by itself. In a live system, connect this to an approved background-screening provider, enforce secure document uploads, encrypt banking details, and align the process with POPIA, labour law, and consent requirements.
